Stacy Collins is a trailblazing entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the title insurance industry. As the President and founding partner of The Title Firm, Stacy has built a reputation as a true expert in her field. Born and raised in Montana as an only adopted child, Stacy found her calling in the title industry in 1998 after pursuing a degree in paralegal studies. In 2006, she relocated to Orlando and secured a position as a title closer handling real estate transactions for a national title company in multiple states. During her first year in Orlando, Stacy obtained her Florida title license and within the 6 months after, she had expanded her knowledge and reach to become a licensed title agent in 19 other states. After the market crash a couple years later, Stacy's problem-solving prowess and extensive experience led her to role as the Managing Director of Escrow Services of five offices for one of Central Florida's largest independent title companies. In this role she was determined to expand her knowledge even further by diving into the complex closing and title issues and how to solve them. In 2016, Stacy made the decision to open her own office and partnered with real estate attorney Edward Storey III to open Traditions Title & Escrow, LLC. Since that time, she has made an astounding impression in Central Florida with her unparalleled expertise, problem solving, and ability to navigate and manage complex issues. Known and recognized as The Title Boss on social media platforms, Stacy has a passion for educating and a desire to empower other real estate professionals to help them grow their business, maintain relevant, and stand out among others. In 2023 she began the process of re-branding her title company as the first step in her journey of integrating her passion for teaching and her vast industry knowledge into her business. Officially re-branded as The Title Firm in 2024, the new company name not only brings a recognizable change on the face, it represents a meaningful change to the value she provides to others within the industry through education, knowledge, and partnerships.

Stacy is Christian single mother of three who loves the beach, projects, music, animals, sports, and any opportunity for competition. She owns and devotes a large amount of time to her non-profit youth boys basketball program. Stacy started Future Youth Basketball 3 years ago to provide underprivileged minority youth with access to high-level travel basketball opportunities that they could otherwise not afford, dramatically increasing their chances of securing college scholarships. Her vision extends far beyond the court - she hopes to leverage the program to offer educational programs in career exploration, life skills, finance, investing, and real estate, transforming the lives of the communities she serves.
